Defective Products in San Jose

Consumers are counting on the products they buy to perform as designed, and safely. When manufacturing flaws or design defects result in injuries to consumers, it’s critical to report those incidents to the CPSC, the product’s manufacturer and get in touch with a Personal Injury lawyer who has proven product liability case experience. Consumer reporting leads to investigations, pressure on manufacturers and recalls, which can help to remove unsafe products from the market and prevent further injuries from happening to others.
