The faulty ignition switches in certain GM model vehicles are now being blamed for at least 12 deaths and 31 crashes. These defective ignition switches can turn to the “off’ and “accessories” positions unexpectedly and without warning, leaving drivers and passengers in dangerous or deadly situations.
